Part 1 - Whole School Assembly
Introducing Alan Turing, The Enigma Machine and codebreaking during WW2, the children will be in-role for the day as a new recruit at Bletchley Park.

Workshop 1 - Pigpen cypher (session 1)
Children will be introduced to pigpen cyphers and have a chance to write their own coded messages.

Workshop 3 - Code wheels (session 2)
Code wheels were used in the Enigma machine. Many of them meshed together to create billions of combinations. The children can use their own code wheels to send messages and learn how two words were the undoing of the enigma machine...
